Coaching creates a dedicated space to step back, gain clarity, and build a career that feels both meaningful and manageable.

A space to think, plan, and grow

Coaching is a collaborative, future-focused process that helps you gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and move intentionally toward the career you want. Unlike advising or mentoring, coaching is centered entirely on your goals and insights — your coach is a thought partner and facilitator, not a director.

In academic medicine, coaching offers a dedicated space to step back from day-to-day demands, navigate challenges with greater intention, and make thoughtful decisions about career direction, leadership, and fulfillment.

My Coaching Philosophy

I believe that individuals are most successful and fulfilled when their careers align with their values, strengths, interests, and broader life priorities. My role as a coach is not to direct or prescribe solutions, but rather to create a supportive, reflective, and goal-oriented space where clients can better understand what they want, identify barriers, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
